If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at support@elitesathletic.store, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

We offer a 10-day return/exchange policy, allowing you to request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. In the event of a damaged product, we will offer a replacement. Simply send us a photo of the damage via email, and we’ll work to find a solution or arrange a replacement for the product.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items, such as custom apparel, special orders, or personalized items, are non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us. Customized items and promotional orders, including those with gift cards, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

Customized items cannot be exchanged. For other eligible items, contact us at support@elitesathletic.store within 10 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If more than 15 days have passed since your return/exchange was approved, please reach out to us at support@elitesathletic.store
